New Health Questionnaire

For all individual plans starting October 1st there is a new standard health questionnaire (SHQ).

This is good news! The new SHQ is simpler to understand and has fewer questions.The best part is instead of reviewing the last 10 years it only looks at the last 5 years of your health history.

If you have had trouble passing the SHQ you should contact your agent to see if you are able to pass it now.
